iStep-MS Trial

18 May 2017

I would like to invite you to take part in a research project being carried out at the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre: the iStep-MS trial. This project is being carried out to find out how physiotherapists can best help people with MS to increase the amount of physical activity they do in a safe and enjoyable way. This study may not be for you but you may know someone who would be interested. The research is being conducted in collaboration with researchers at Brunel University London.

I am writing to you because you may be eligible to take part in this trial. Before you decide whether or not you would like to take part in this project it is important for you to understand why this research is being done and what it would involve for you. Please read the information sheet carefully and take time to think about whether or not you would like to take part. Taking part in the study is voluntary.

If you have any questions about the study then please do contact the iStep-MS trial research team. You can text or call them on 07393949575, or email them on istep-ms@brunel.ac.uk or visit the trial website www.istep-ms.com. A member of the research team will be happy to discuss with you any queries you may have.
