Join us for online relaxation and mindfulness
A lot of people are understandably struggling right now. It’s week 11 of lockdown and the uncertainty grows as to when, or even if, we can return to normal life. During this difficult time, we are having to spend a lot of time in isolation which gives our minds far too much time to dwell on, or create, problems. This is the perfect breeding ground for our anxieties and fears. And, as I’m sure you’re aware anxiety, fear and stress can aggravate your MS symptoms.
Learning to take back control over your body and mind, or at least your reaction to them, using mindfulness and relaxation techniques could be the answer. These simple techniques can be learned in a matter of minutes and then easily practised in your own home. Noticeable changes to the way you feel can be gained in as little as 10 minutes a day. The techniques are based on ancient wisdom and have in recent times become popular again because they can help bring you contentment and peace of mind.
Whether you attended the previous course or whether this is your first time, you are very welcome
