Indoor Cycling course

About Our physiotherapy team are pleased to announce a new Indoor Cycling class running for 8 weeks from Monday 10 March. The class will take place at 4pm for 40-45 minutes in the Zoom Room upstairs and will involve cycling to music, adapted to the Motomed bikes (the ones which are used in the gym.)
