A big welcome to Kim!
Hi, my name is Kim Williams and I am your new Community and Events Fundraiser. I will be the first point of contact for anyone wanting to raise money for the Centre – whether it is sitting in a bath of baked beans, skydiving, coffee mornings, running the London Marathon, companys choosing us as their Charity of the Year. I also volunteer myself to be a taster for cake sales if needed.
MS is something very close to my family: my step mum has MS and I have seen firsthand what a lifeline a Therapy Centre can be.
I am joining from the Scouts where I was a Growth and Development Officer (so you know I will always be prepared!). Before that worked for the NSPCC in the fundraising department.
I am very excited to be joining and getting to know everyone at the Centre…and most importantly raising valuable funds to ensure we can keep the Centre open.
