Pilates Plans: Alison Newton, MS MS Specialist Occupational Therapist, is hoping to start up a Pilates class for people in the Wokingham area with early stages of MS. (likely to be either Westmead Day Centre in Wokingham or Shinfield community centre.)
The class will be open to people who are still mobile and ideally able to get up and down from the floor, although exercises can be adapted for seated. The weekly class will start after the October half term, and run term time only. Details of cost and location will be decided once the level of interest is clear.
