Joy and Claire from the Centre had a great day on Friday at a special event for people who have been newly diagnosed with MS, organised by the local MS Society and MS nurses.
The day consisted of a number of interesting talks and presentations, including information from consultant Dr Weir and NHS physiotherapists, a mindfulness session and much more.
We really enjoyed meeting potential new members and their families and spreading the word about the Centre and we hope to see some of them down at the Centre very soon.
