If you take part in oxygen therapy at the Centre, you will shortly receive a copy of our oxygen survey. Emails will come from Pip and hard copies will also be available at the Centre.
We would like to know the difference that oxygen therapy makes for our members. By completing our survey, you will help us to improve the services we offer at the Centre with regards to oxygen therapy. This will help us to promote the Centre to new members and aid in our fundraising abilities.
