We’re pleased to confirm that Sarah Whittard will be offering Reiki appointments at the Centre on the last Friday of the month, starting 31 May.
Sarah is our Spinal Reflexologist here at the Centre but she is also a qualified Reiki practitioner and she is excited to be able to offer both therapies to our members.
Reiki is a treatment from Japan that uses life force to bring balance to your body. During this relaxing treatment, you either sit or lie down as our therapist lays her hands on or just above you to channel energy. You stay fully clothed and it is suitable for everyone
The Reiki appointments will cost £18 each, payable directly to Sarah.
