We currently offer:
Tuesday (combining sitting/standing/floor exercises) at 10am
Thursday (for floor exercises) at 10am
These classes are suitable for the people who can safely get on the floor (and up again!) as all the exercises are floor-based.
Everyone signing up will need to have a screening prior to the first class
