To comply with the UK Data Protection Act, your permission is needed before we are able to use an image or any near likeness of you.
Before you consent, we ask you to read the details below.
I grant permission for the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre to use my photograph (or that of someone in my care) to promote its work as it sees fit. This includes but isn’t limited to: the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre website, external websites where the Centre is listed, printed literature, social media, press releases, funding applications and other ways to promote the Centre.
You have no copyright or ownership over these case studies, images, videos and/or audio recordings, but can withdraw permission at any time (except on materials already produced) by emailing ms@bmstc.org.
