Research into Exercise and MS

Are you living with limited mobility caused by MS? Could you take a 15 minute anonymous survey to help shape the future of exercise for people with MS?

We have been approached by a PhD researcher, Melika Rostamkhani, at Sheffield Hallam University. She is currently conducting a study exploring exercise barriers, facilitators, and perspectives among people with moderate-to-severe MS, with the aim of co-designing a power-assisted exercise programme.

She is inviting individuals living with moderate-to-severe MS (EDSS 5–7.5), aged 18 or older and based in the UK, to take part in a short, anonymous online survey. It takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete. This range includes individuals who walk with difficulty, require walking aids, wheelchairs, or have limited mobility.

If you have any queries about the survey, you can email Melika Rostamkhani at M.Rostamkhani@shu.ac.uk
