There is support for people with MS from a number of different organisations, some of which are listed below. Please note these are external organisations and websites. The Berkshire MS Therapy Centre cannot take responsibility for their content.

MS Society

The MS Society is the largest MS charity in the UK. As well as investing into research, it publishes information leaflets, has a free helpline and provides grants for people living with MS.

MS-UK

MS-UK is a national charity empowering people to make informed choices so they can live a happier and healthier life with multiple sclerosis. MS-UK offers a Helpline, New Pathways magazine and a wealth of online activities including accessible exercise classes and chair yoga, plus information sessions, mindfulness courses and much more.

MS Nurses

For many people with MS their first point of contact is a specialist MS nurse. Your MS nurse will be able to advise you on many aspects of MS and will be able to refer to other professionals if required. Your MS nurse is determined by your doctor and here are the contact details for the local ones:
