If you have always enjoyed dancing or would like to try something new, why not join our 8-week in person Seated Dance class starting Wednesday 4 February at 1pm and led by our physiotherapy assistant Petra.
The classes are suitable for wheelchair users with upper body mobility who can attend the class in person. The dance routine will focus on upper body strength, balance and coordination.
When dancing regularly you will notice your breath gets deeper and the heart grows stronger too. Dancing to uplifting music will boost your energy and brighten your day!
This is an in person eight week course running at the Centre from Wednesday 4 February to 25 March.
