MS Awareness Week takes place from 20-26 April. It’s when national and local MS charities come together to raise awareness of MS. This year, the campaign is all about challenging common assumptions about MS and highlighting the harm they can cause.
We would really like to hear your experiences with a view to sharing them on our blog and social media throughout the week.
Perhaps someone has incorrectly assumed that you are unable to do something because of your MS. This could be at home, at work or out and about.
Maybe people make judgements about your condition because some of your MS symptoms are invisible or not obvious to other people.
What common assumptions that people make about MS would you like to highlight and challenge?
If you are willing to share your experiences, please complete the form below or have a chat with Claire in the office or email claire@bmstc.org. We will not use your name alongside your story without your permission. Thank you for taking part.
