Goodbye to Sam

March 4, 2026 | Pippa Vincent-Cooke

On Friday we are saying goodbye to our Fundraising Manager, Samantha Harper. Sam has written a few words;

“This week I say goodbye to the Centre after 11 wonderful years and I want to thank you for the incredible things you’ve done to support our MS community. It has been an absolute privilege to work here alongside such dedicated supporters, volunteers and team.

Your imagination has never failed to amaze. Over the years we’ve seen pig racing, music festivals, Mongol racing, the great Go Challenges, skydiving and even rowing the Atlantic — all making an extraordinary difference for people living with MS.

If you’re dreaming up your next fundraising challenge, Rebecca and the team would love to hear from you.

Thank you for your support, your energy, and the incredible difference you’ve made. I wish you all the very best.”

Thank you Sam for the incredible work you have done over the past 11 years. You will be greatly missed, but we wish you every success in your new role at the Royal Berkshire Hospital Charity.

We have recruited a new Senior Fundraising Manager who will be joining us in a couple of weeks and we look forward to introducing her to you soon.
