A practical webinar for people with MS on understanding symptom patterns, managing daily challenges, and building routines.
For many people living with MS in the UK, the hardest part is not always a single symptom. It’s trying to make sense of how everything connects. Fatigue, pain, mobility issues, sleep, stress, mood, cognitive overload, uncertainty about the future, and the pressure to “keep going” can all feed into each other in ways that are difficult to untangle.
This webinar is designed to help people with MS better understand their own patterns, challenges, and triggers, and begin building routines that feel realistic, supportive, and personalised to their daily lives.
Date: Tuesday 9 June
Time: 1pm to 2pm
This webinar is brought to you by national charity MS Society. Find out more about them on their website at www.mssociety.org.uk
