As you may know, every year we send out a feedback survey to find out how we’re doing at the Centre.
Not only does this provide vital information to ensure we provide the best possible services, but it also gives us key feedback central to fundraising and grant applications. Your voice and sharing your experiences help us to secure funding and support, keeping our Centre open and building our incredible community here at BMSTC.

We will be sending out the email including a survey link direct to our MS members who attend the Centre. You should receive this survey email on Thursday 5 November.
Please do take 10 minutes to complete the survey about your experiences at the Centre and the difference we make to you and your day-to-day life.
If you need help completing the questionnaire, please feel free to ring and ask us to help you, or ask the receptionist to find someone to complete this for you while you are visiting the Centre. Members of the fundraising team will be in the communal area of the Centre on 11 and 23 November should you want any support completing the survey or would prefer to give your feedback in person. Paper copies are also available.
