Join us for some online mindfulness and relaxation
Are you feeling stressed, anxious or hopeless? I’m not surprised if you are, we are in the middle of one of the most stressful events in modern history. And with limited access to family, friends and support services we must find new ways to look after ourselves. This is especially important for people with MS as they often find stress aggravates their condition.
Whilst you can’t change the world around you can change how you respond. Relaxation and mindfulness have been shown to decrease the effects of stress on our bodies and minds and improve our quality of life. So, if you would like to find ways to manage or decrease your negative feelings and stress join our online class. You will learn with practice how to take control of your mind and release the stress from your body.
