Join our next six week online Introduction to Relaxation and Meditation class starting on Tuesday 27 May at 11.30 am and led by our Yoga teacher Uddhava. The class will cover a range of different relaxation and meditation techniques designed to help calm the mind and reduce stress so that you can find what works best for you.
Whilst you can’t change the world around you can change how you respond. The class is open to any member who is new to meditation as well as those who want to deepen their understanding and build their own practice.
This introductory six week class is open to all members of the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre, their family members, and carers.
