
Stretching Class (Six week course)

We are running a new six week stretching class at the Centre.
The class will consist of floor based exercises so all participants should be able to get on and off the floor independently with or without an aid e.g a chair.
It will be an in person class held at the Centre, running for six weeks, starting Wednesday 26 February, 11am to 11.45am.
Whilst we understand that things do unexpectedly happen, every week we will be building on the previous session so a commitment to attend as many sessions as possible is a must.
