Tesco Napier Road Christmas collections

Bucket collections are a great way to raise funds for the Centre and raise awareness of our work. The festive season is often a great time to collect as people like to give to charity at this time of year.

If you have not collected before and can spare two hours, why not give it a go? The more volunteers, the better, so please feel free to share with anyone who may be interested.

New to bucket collections and wondering what they are? We get permission to collect cash (via buckets/pots) at a location – in this case, Tesco on Napier Road in Reading. In two-hour shifts wearing a bright yellow BMSTC tabard (and possibly a Santa hat!), our incredible team of volunteers collect money and give information about our Centre.

It only needs a couple of hours of your time. You will be provided with a bucket, a tabard to wear and all the training and support that you need. It’s a lot of fun and you will get to chat with lots of different people about the Centre.
