An Introduction to Personal Independence Payment (PIP) – MS-UK webinar, 16 October

October 9, 2024 | Pippa Vincent-Cooke

Personal Independence Payment (PIP) is a welfare benefit that can give extra money and support if you are living with a condition that impacts on your daily living or mobility. PIP is a non means tested benefit that was introduced almost ten years ago to replace Disability Living Allowance (DLA) for new claimants aged 16-64.

This is an introductory workshop for people with MS wanting to know more about PIP.

  • Does your MS impact on your ability to do day-to-day tasks or to move around?
  • Are you considering making a claim for PIP?
  • Would you like to know more and whether you could be eligible to apply?
  • Would you like to be more informed about the PIP system and the language used by the DWP?

Date: Wednesday 16 October

Time: 4pm

This webinar is brought to you by national MS charity MS-UK. You can find out more about their work on their website.
