This week is Carers Week celebrating the wonderful work our Carers do.
This week is Carers Week. Caring, whilst rewarding, can be very tough. COVID-19 has placed a lot more pressure on Carers in the home. Please join us as we thank all the fantastic Carers and the amazing things they do on a daily basis.
We think every week should be Carers Week!
The MS Society leads campaigns that raise issues that impact people with MS everyday. They are calling for UK governments to increase Carer’s Allowance and raising it in questions to ministers and parliamentarians. In May, they also joined with more than 100 other charities and unions to write to MPs, urging action to reduce the financial pressures unpaid carers face.
