We want to understand the difference attending the Centre makes and we are asking our members to complete a feedback survey.
If you have MS and have attended our therapies in the last year (in person or online), you should have received an email from us with a link to the survey.
By completing the survey, you’ll help us improve our services and encourage new people to join us. Feedback is essential for our fundraising.
If you need help completing it, a relative or carer can help you. Paper copies are also available at Centre reception.
As a thank you, everyone who completes the survey by Wednesday 10 December can enter a prize draw to win a hamper in time for Christmas.
