February is Payroll Giving month
If you are in work, donating to charity through Payroll Giving is the most tax effective way to give. Money is donated to charity before you have paid tax, meaning that if you choose to donate £10 a month, you only actually pay £8, the rest is the tax you would normally pay. We benefit from the full amount.
Despite this, only 4% of employees use Payroll Giving. Why not ask your employer about the scheme today? Your regular donation will support our services year-round, providing predictable income that secures the future success of the charity.
