Would you like to be in with a chance of winning a Christmas hamper?
We want to know the difference the Centre makes so we are asking all our members who attend our Centre to complete a feedback survey.
By completing the survey, you will help us improve the services at the Centre, to promote the Centre to new members and improve our ability to fundraise.
If you have attended the Centre in the past twelve months, you should have received an email from Pip with details of the survey so please check your spam folder if you have not received it. Alternatively contact ms@bmstc.org for the link or you can pick up a paper copy at Centre reception.
Everyone who completes the survey by 11 December 2024 will go into a prize draw for a Christmas hamper!
