National charity MS Society have been in touch to ask our members if they could help by filling out a new survey. This short survey asks about your full experience around the time you were diagnosed with MS. From how you felt in the moment, what helped you in a positive way and what was missing.
The objective of this survey is to understand the experiences, needs, barriers, and gaps in support faced by people who are diagnosed with MS. Insights from the survey will be used to:
- identify the most challenging points before, during, and after diagnosis
- understand unmet emotional, informational, and practical support needs
- prioritise what matters most to people at the point of diagnosis
- inform the design, content, and functionality of a new digital support service
