Online Yoga – have you joined us yet?

Yoga is widely recommended for people with MS. Not only is it physically very good for you but it can help you relax and improve your mental wellbeing too. Exactly what we all need in these unpredictable times. 

Our Yoga teacher Uddhava is a man on a mission – to share Yoga with as many of our members possible!

In a pre-Covid world (remember those days?!) Uddhava ran a Yoga class on a Monday evening. He has brought this class online to a Wednesday lunchtime.

He has also developed a chair-based class will take place on a Monday and Friday between 11.30 and 12.15pm and a Tuesday evening class between 6 and 6.45pm.

Don’t worry if you have never done Yoga before, Uddhava will make contact before your class to get to know you a bit better. 

As one of our members attending the classes has said ‘Thank you for the best ever yoga class. I have over the years done a few types of yoga but none suit[ed] because the participants are more able-bodied. Even a chair group I joined became unsuitable because I felt under pressure.’
