Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is refreshing its Trust Strategy, and wants to hear your views so it can reflect the voice of the community to inform future decisions and improve the lives of patients and the community.
The Trust Strategy outlines its vision and is a plan of action of how it will achieve goals and objectives. Much has changed in the healthcare landscape over the past few years, including changes in the NHS, stronger local partnerships and the upcoming NHS 10-year health plan. The new strategy will reflect these changes.
