Help us hit our Go Challenge targets

May 20, 2026 | Pippa Vincent-Cooke

Our Go Challenge is coming to an end this Friday! We’ve had great fun dressing up in our seaside-themed costumes and listening to the best of British music, as well as the odd sea shanty! A big thank you and well done to everyone who has taken part and also everyone who has donated.

At the time of writing, we’ve covered over 1300 km and raised over £3,500 so far. There’s still time to help us reach our target distance of 1889km and our fundraising target of £6,000. Keep on pedalling in the gym and sending us your mileage that you’ve covered at home, we’ve so nearly reached our virtual destination of tea with the King at Buckingham Palace in honour of having received the King’s Award!

You can make donation to the challenge and help us support more local people with MS in the following ways;

  • Make a donation to the Go Challenge at reception by card or cash
  • Donate online on our fundraising page or set up your own page – click here for the fundraising page.
  • If you have a paper sponsorship form, please return the form and any sponsorship money to the Centre as soon as possible
  • Anyone who has donated or fundraised £50 or more by this Friday will be entered into a draw to win a seaside-themed hamper!

We will be keeping donations open for the next couple of weeks so there is still time to make your contribution if you are able to do so.

This Friday 22 May we will be celebrating the end of the challenge with some special fun gym sessions and a few nibbles – see the sign up sheet in the gym or talk to your physiotherapy team.

Thank you again to everyone who has made this challenge such good fun!
