We have some home exercise equipment kits to help you with your online classes.
As part of our new strengthening class, our physiotherapy team has put together a Home Exercise Equipment Kit for people to use at home.
Without wishing to ruin the surprise, each kit includes:
- Weight set (either 0.5kg or 0.75kg – your physiotherapist will discuss the right weight with you)
- Exercise ball
- Theraband
(the photo is for illustration purposes – the items you receive may look different)
Each kit has a suggested donation of £15 (we are making no profit, it is the same price we buy them for). If you are interested please talk to your physiotherapist.
If you think you would benefit from a Home Exercise Equipment Kit but are not in a position to donate, please speak to our Physiotherapy Manager, Anwen, in confidence on 0118 901 6000 or email anwen@bmstc.org about what arrangements can be made.
The kits are available for those who regularly attend online physiotherapy classes with the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre. If you are interested in using our physiotherapy service, please call us on 0118 901 6000 or email anwen@bmstc.org.
Due to the weight, you are expected to collect at the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre or we can provide you with a quote for postage.
