Thank you for your understanding last week when we had to cancel oxygen due to the high temperatures impacting our equipment.
We are currently awaiting the delivery of a replacement part for our oxygen chamber. As a result, we have had to temporarily reduce the number of people we can accommodate in each oxygen session to a maximum of six participants (five inside the chamber and one outside).
To help us manage this reduced capacity, we have also temporarily closed oxygen sessions to new non-MS clients.
We kindly ask that if you have an oxygen session booked and know that you will be unable to attend, you let us know as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours in advance. Advance notice is extremely important as it allows us to offer your place to another MS member who may be waiting for oxygen therapy.
