Thank you to everyone who completed our feedback survey, it has been good to hear everyone’s thoughts.
We will be analysing the results and looking at all the suggestions but bear with us as there are many responses. We are making one immediate change and that is the entrance to the gym. A few people commented on the difficulty they were having walking around the back to arrive at physiotherapy and as such we are advising people they can also use the side door if they wish (the gym door is still an option if you wish).
At the end of the session, a member of the team will walk you through the front door to your car.
