As part of Mental Health Awareness week (13-16 of May) we want to get the conversation started about the impact MS can have on your mental health and wellbeing.
It’s not unusual to experience depression, stress and anxiety when you have MS. You’ll be joined by a panel of people living with MS who’ll be sharing their lived experience and the techniques they use to help them manage their mental health.
Date: Thursday 16 May
Time: 6.30pm to 7.30pm
This session is organised by the national MS charity, the MS Society. You can find out more about them by visiting their website at www.mssociety.org.uk
