In this webinar you will be joined by MS Society’s Michelle Ellwood, who is also a Buddhist nun known as Kelsang Drolkyi, as you explore the ancient technique of mindfulness. Kelsang is a trained meditation teacher and will:
- Help you to understand what mindfulness and meditation are and how they can benefit you.
- Show you how to develop and maintain mindfulness
- Take away some practical tips to help maintain a peaceful mind and how you can apply it to your everyday lives.
The webinar will consist of a talk and a short guided mediation as well as the opportunity to ask questions.
You don’t need to know anything about mindfulness or meditation. This session is equally suitable for newcomers and those with some experience of meditation.
