Next week is MS Awareness Week and we will be using the opportunity to spread the word about the Centre amongst the local community. Members of the BMSTC team will have a stall in Reading’s Broad Street Mall on Tuesday 23 April from 10am to 2pm so if you’re in town, please come and say hello. MS nurses will also have a stall at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
This year, the national theme is MS Unfiltered, a campaign which will shine a light on the MS topics that can feel taboo or difficult to talk about, such as bladder control, menopause and sexual dysfunction.
