MS-UK Mindfulness course – introductory session, 18 September

Wednesday 18 September at 11am and repeated at 5.30pm 

This session is an introduction to MS-UK’s four-week mindfulness course, which starts in October.

Mindfulness has been shown to help people cope better with health conditions, including MS and ultimately improve quality of life. This introduction session aims to provide an introduction to mindfulness for people with MS and kick start their practice.

If you would be interested to learn more about what mindfulness is and the researched benefits for people with MS, then sign up for this introductory session. If there is enough interest, MS-UK will run the full four-week mindfulness course twice this autumn.
