Living with MS can bring challenges when it comes to using public transport. This webinar will explore the accessibility schemes and initiatives designed to support your independence and confidence in navigating public transport.
The expert panel includes a Benefits Advisor, as well as individuals with MS who have successfully used these schemes to enhance their mobility and quality of life.
The webinar will cover national and local programs, including:
- Disabled Person’s Railcard – Offering discounted travel on trains throughout the UK.
- Bus Passes – Eligibility and options for people with disabilities, plus region-specific passes, such as the London Disabled Person’s Freedom Pass.
- Blue Badge Scheme – Learn how this program can support your mobility by providing access to designated parking spaces close to your destination.
