Let’s Talk MS is hosted by seasoned journalist Ian Cook, who lives with secondary progressive MS. Each episode features conversations, interviews and insights from experts and people living with MS.
The first episode features The Iceman, Wim Hof, who is known for putting celebrities through their paces in cold-climate challenges. He believes his method of special breathing and cold exposure can help people take control of their MS symptoms.
Also featuring Sally Darby, a young mum with MS who set up a group for mothers like herself to talk about their experiences. She discusses parenting with a disability, mum guilt, and how things are gradually changing for the better.
