New Online Relaxation and Meditation Class

Four week class starts 1 November

Join our next Online Relaxation and Meditation class starting on Tuesday 1 November at 11.30 am – 12.15 pm, led by our Yoga teacher Uddhava.

There is now a large body of evidence that meditation has a powerful influence on our health and well-being. It has been shown to relieve depression, lower blood pressure, assist in pain control and release anxiety. Mindfulness meditation has been shown to decrease the effects of stress on our bodies and minds and improve our quality of life. This is especially important for people with MS as they often find that stress can aggravate their condition.  

Whilst we can’t change the world around us we can change how we respond. The course will look at different techniques to suit different personalities and needs.

Class details

This introductory four-week class is starting on Tuesday 1 November and is open to all members of the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre, their family members, and carers.
