The Paralympic champion who won two golds in swimming at Rio 2016 will be sharing her inspiring personal story.
Stephanie learnt to swim as a child. She excelled and won a junior Olympic gold medal at the age of eight. However in her teens she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis which left her, at the time, blind and unable to move.
She then, with the support of her family and later her husband Adrian, began a slow journey to swim again as a Paralympian.
The AGM will be held on Thursday 1st June, 1pm to 3pm at the Centre. We expect a good turnout for the event so please RSVP to pippa@bmstc.org if you would like to attend.
