Overview: I am a trainee clinical psychologist conducting research into how people with multiple sclerosis (MS) experience a mindfulness programme.

What’s involved

You will be given a space to tell your own story over a video call with me. This will be arranged for a mutually convenient time and should take no longer than 1 hour to complete. We can schedule a number of shorter calls if this would work better for you.

Who can take part? I am interested in hearing from you if you meet the following criteria:

  •  Age 18 years or older
  •  Have a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis
  •  Have attended a mindfulness course
  •  Speak English
