Please arrive at your oxygen appointment at least 10 minutes before the start time so we can get everyone ready inside the chamber to start the session on time. If the first session starts late, it can have a knock on effect for later sessions.
If you are late, you will be asked to move to a later session or to the outside breathing space if there is availability.
We know the traffic in and around Reading is often very busy so please allow extra time for your journey.
