Diet and Lifestyle survey
Some Human Nutrition MSc students from Oxford Brookes University are requesting help with a survey:
“We are seeking to understand how COVID-19 and subsequently lockdown may have impacted diet and lifestyle if you suffer from a neurological condition (Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Spinal Cord Injury or Stroke). If this applies to you would you be willing to complete our online questionnaire?
If you are able to complete our questionnaire or know someone to who this applies to please email 19131865@brookes.ac.uk so you can be provided with more information, including the participant information sheet. Due to ethics, this must be sent first and the link can’t be posted here.”
