Next week sees the return of the annual Reading Festival taking place on Richfield Avenue. The Centre will be open as usual but please allow extra time for your journey so that appointments can start on time wherever possible. If you ever arrive early for an appointment, you are very welcome to come and sit in the social area and enjoy a cuppa while you wait.
Cancelling appointments
We know that sometimes plans change – you might feel unwell or the weather may make it difficult for you to come to the Centre. If that is the case, please do let us know that you would like to cancel your appointment by calling us on 0118 901 6000 or emailing ms@bmstc.org
Oxygen therapy sessions
Please aim to arrive ten minutes before the start time of your oxygen therapy session so that the operator can get everyone ready and start the session on time.
