Spinal Reflexology, not to be confused with reflexology on the feet! This fairly new treatment works by gently releasing the muscles around the spine, neck and pelvis feeling like a gentle massage. You remain fully clothed. It is incredibly relaxing and a very popular therapy offered at the Centre. Find out more here!
