About this year’s AGM
This year’s AGM will be held online via Zoom on Thursday 16 June at 3pm. It is free to attend but please register your interest here. See all the relevant forms attached below.

If you do not have access to the internet at home or prefer to come into the Centre to watch the AGM, you are very welcome to do so. Numbers are limited so please let us know if you’d like to attend.

Please be aware that only paid members are eligible to vote at the AGM. For more information, please visit our membership page
Can’t attend?
If you can’t attend but have questions you want to ask please email them to our Centre Manager Pippa or Mark. You can ‘send’ a Proxy to vote on your behalf (subject to you being a paid member and we receive your Proxy Voting Form by 15 June).
