Find out about the benefits of yoga for people with MS
The Staying Active with MS sessions are led by two volunteers, they talk about how getting physically active has helped them to take control of their own wellbeing.
In these sessions they discuss different ways you can try to get and keep active as well as share hints and tips on ways to keep motivated. Each month looks at a different activity or interest, sometimes with a short exercise session or video included. This April Phil, as a qualified yoga teacher, will be talking about the benefits of yoga and will give a demonstration of modified chair yoga.
