Find out what support is in your area

There is no doubt that this situation has brought out a lot of kindness in people. Local support hubs are being created across the area. We are collecting the details of the groups. This list will be expanding, below is what we have to date. Please do let us know if you have any additional information on support hubs in your local area that we can add to this list by emailing us.



If you live in Reading Borough Council area and need help or support call the Hub Action Line. One Reading Community Hub tel 0808 189 4325 (Mon-Fri 9-5) or fill in the form online.


Slough and London residents

Visit Slough CVS and complete the online form. Call Slough CVS on 07933 716914 for help with completing the form.



Healthwatch Bracknell Forest are working with Involve Community Services to provide advice or practical help between 8am-10pm. Call 01344 266 911 or email them here 


Windsor and Maidenhead

Visit the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead website and complete the COVID-19 Community Support Request Form 



Wokingham Borough Community Hub are providing food parcels, toiletries and other essentials to anyone in the borough who is vulnerable, isolated or elderly, and to families in need. 

If you are in need of support, contact Citizen’s Advice on 0300 330 1189 (entering 0118 978 7258 if prompted) Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Or complete the online form 



Woodley Volunteer for Covid-19, this group have allocated volunteers for every road in Woodley.. The aim of the group is to help those in isolation and the vulnerable people within Woodley.

West Berks

Visit the West Berkshire Coronavirus page, call 01635 503579 or email them

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, the Fair Close Centre has closed but they are now working in partnership with Newbury Racecourse and Swift Logistics to provide hot, nutritious meals on wheels to all those who need it as well as a telephone befriending service to keep in touch with their members. A two-course hot meal costs £5 (£5.50 for non-members) or £4 (£5 for members) for a main course only can be ordered by telephoning 01635 40488.  For more information call 01635 404 88 or visit their website here.
