January 29, 2025 | Pippa Vincent-Cooke

“Cognition” refers to memory and thinking. Trouble with memory and thinking can affect people with MS. It describes the way we concentrate and focus. How we multitask, and the way we learn and remember new things. It can also be how we plan and carry out activities, reason, and solve problems.

Join us to learn more about cognition, the impact MS can have on it, and key management strategies. You’ll learn more about the strategies you can put in place to help you manage your cognition and MS which can help you in everyday life at home and at work. The speakers will offer a perfect mix of research, practical tips, and lived experience.

Date: Thursday 13 February

Time: 6.30pm to 7.30pm
